Looking it up in Govier's production book - it means:  "MCO on Request".

Now... what does that mean?  Perhaps Marine Core Order?????

I was at a show this past Fall and ran into a 71 Challenger convertible B3 blue, blue interior, 383 4spd, Shaker car...No photos though... :crying:
