For anyone who is interested....I contacted Ray at CAP Auto and he says the yhave been having server issues due to attacks...(people suck)...

Anyways, Ray said he is always reachable at the office number listed on the site and is happy to help answer suspension questions.

I think CAP Auto deserves a "good guy" alert!
