When I am finished, this should look like a '70 t/a from around 1973.

Cool!!! Kinda what I wanna do with my 73. Kelsey Tire just started making Polyglas L60's. I think that's what I'm going with for the rear of my car. I've got old school Crager s/s mags and a set of American Racing 200s'. Keep up with the great pics! Can't wait to see it done.

Thanks! I'll post more pics of the retro stuff tonight. Do you have a link of the l60 they are going to repro. Aren't those a little wider than the normal polyglas tires? :jumping:

:woo:  Looks like it's doing  wheelie in the first pic!

Sorry, you've probably been asked a zillion times, but again, what are the rim/tire sizes front and rear if you don't mind?  It looks killer!  :grinyes:

Thanks! the back rims are 15x10 3" backspacing. The fronts are 14x6. I'll have to check the tire sizes tonight. I plan on going with cragars in the back with 4 1/2 backspacing. The centerlines came with the tires. The front I will eventually go with rally wheels with the polished trim rings and 1970 centers and polyglass tires. Looking at back in the day pics, that is what they did. They would replace the back tires with aftermarkets and retain the stock front tires.

The stance and tire choice is great. I really like the 70's retro look.

I haven't seen the L60's on Kelsey's site yet. They just announced them at SEMA. Hopefully they are out when I get my car close to done.

Here are some of the decals I will use. The k-she 95 is a radio station from St. Louis Mo. This was standard issue on any hot rod in the 70's.

Man, I just noticed you have Interceptors on the fronts!

I used to have a set of G-60/14s, had less than 20 miles on them and I gave them to a guy that worked for the moving company that helped me move into my house about 10 years ago.  Didn't think I would own an old car again until I got the Challenger 3 years after I gave them away, and I had them in storage for like 10 plus years....  :banghead:  :banghead:  :banghead:  :faint:
