Nice look with the black 6-pack hood and the black wing.  :bananasmi

While taking the pics, I noticed that the wing wasn't adjusted right so I loosened it and corrected that. The only thing that I'm not happy with is the super stock springs. They ride very harsh. I have a new set of the hd springs so I'll change the springs out as soon as I find the time.
Being a painter, I'm starting to realize that I'm not going to be able to leave the car unpainted as planned. Just bothers me too much.  :)

Keep the 360.

maybe add some juice and/or a supercharger to it eventually.  Keep the front end of it light.

Not sure if I'd make it  a drag car.  I think a road-racer would be more fun.

The guy had a Paxton Supercharger on the car but I decided to buy it without it. I tear too much stuff up with power adders. Besides, the car was 3K less without the Paxton.

Looks very cool, I really like the Sassy Grass paint!

That car just sorta has a nice look about it, not a show car but a driver that was meant to be driven and had fun with.

When I went to the World of Wheels a couple of years ago, my favorite car there was a beet up street driven 70's mocked up '55 Chevy.  It had a coolness factory to me with it's driveway done paint, fat tires and tilt front nose with tunnel ram sticking throught it.  It was a cool, fun driver.

Nice ride!! I really like the "rough around the edges" look..

We've been tinkering around with it today and it's been cool just setting stuff on the fenders and the roof without worrying about scratches. I took the 750 holley off and put a 650 on it. It runs so much better. The 750 was a new carb and the 650 is an older rebuilt. Just shows you that most people over-carburete everything. A slightly modified 360 does not need a 750 to run good. The previous owner had the fuel regulator set at 9 lbs for some reason. Stock needle and seats can't take over 5 1/2 or 6 lbs before they start allowing fuel past them. I adjusted it down to 6 lbs and the car is running much smoother.
I also took an old fiberglass repro air grabber air cleaner and modified it to fit. Looks pretty good sitting under that hood.
More pics later.
