    Stamped number in the rear window jam????

    I was just out stipping the window sealant out of my rear window jam and noticed a number is stamped into the metal.  Does anyone know what this is? Barry?  Take a look at the picture below.

    Just to clarify, it is underneath my rear window on the top of the window "bed"

    Just about every sheet metal part had a number, you will find more as you go.

    The only one I know so far is that SS stands for Sterling Stamp, they stamped some of the panels for Chrysler.

    Thanks Barry.  I was just curious.  The number didn't match anything else on the car.
