I'm planning on driving mine a bunch this summer. The more confidence I get with it, the farther I'll venture away from home. I hope it will turn out to be reliable. I'd love to drive on a long trip. Just told the wife last week that I would like to do the Hot Rod power tour.

I'm still driving it almost every Saturday (body class).  During the summer we drive to a show nearly every weekend, so I'm not sure where that puts us.

I love going to car shows with my Duster however I also love driving it. I'll drive it just about year-round considering they only put salt on the roads when it snows or goes below freezing which isn't often here for some reason this year. I'm taking my Duster on a 200km (each way) trip this Sunday-Tuesday if I can get my damn wipers working.

When mines done I plan on driving it as much as possible, it will never be a show quality car (never on a rotissery) and the under side still shows some wear and tear, I've only driven it once since 1994 so I dont think it will get too much alone time, I have a couple of friends that both have 1970 cudas and have been bugging me to get the chally done so I can hit some local shows with them so im looking forward to hopefully having it done soon.

I drive mine weekly, and when I am doing restoring it, it will be as a driver.  The underside will be undercoated with Rhino Liner, so I won't have to cringe every time I hear a rock hitting the undercarriage.

During the summer I drive mine to cruise-ins almost every weekend, but I have to go as much as 50 miles one way to the cruise-ins.  Mine is not a show car, it needs some body work & paint, but it still attracts attention, since it is usually the only Cuda at the show.

I drive mine every day Possible. Even if there is a chance of rain out. I would guess that I put on about 8,000 miles last summer if not more and 500 of those mile are probably just from sitting still.  :) :burnout: If I didnt live in the north I would drive my car year round. Where the hell is Spring already!  :banghead:

On average mines driven between 2,000 and 2,500 miles each season, 90% of it with the top down. Once in it, it's just too hard to get out of.

Mine has been upside down and painted for preservation reasons only . It was undercoated until then but was peeling and starting to rust . That said I drive it every chance I get . It's a driver and I love driving it .  :burnout:

I drove mine 1200 miles last year in 3 months, would have driven it more but that 5mpg eats at the wallet pretty fast. I would drive it in the rain but my wipers hit the bottom of my ta hood and dont function right. Cant wait for spring to get here, id drive it to vegas for mopars on the strip but it overheats a little in traffic so i wont be taking it. I have bedlined the bottom for reduced road noise. I really like taking it to shows just because of the people that come and talk to me about it. I usually detail the interior and wash it up good but i dont clean to hard on the engine compartment because if you drive it all the time keeping the engine compartment clean is impossible.

The plan is to drive the wheels off it this summer, if baseball doesn't cut into too much time.
Good news is only four long distant trips to go to this year. The car should see about 2000 miles. Half temped to take the car on one of them. Kentucky, Georgia and West Virginia.
