« on: February 13, 2010 - 06:09:30 PM »
This beauty has a forsale sign sitting in her that looks like its been there for 10 years, sittin about 5 miles down a county road. I think its a early-mid 60's dart isnt it?

I may try to buy it as soon as we get some property somewhere to put it. I can probably get it for scrap value or less even. The forsale sign was so faded that i had to stop and look at it closely to tell that it wasnt just a white sheet of paper.

If you could get it for scrap metal pricing, that would be pretty sweet 'cause it looks to be quite solid.  Good luck! :2thumbs:

It's a '64 Dart.  I think that's the only year with the round taillights.

I agree, if it has the triangle emblem it pretty much gives it away as a Dart. The bumpers are a little different than the Valiant. Here's a picture of a '64 Valiant

I think that's a Canadian Valiant, which was a Dart with the nose of an American Valiant.  (See http://www.valiant.org/canada.html about halfway down the page for more information.)

1964 Canadian Valiant

The American Valiants have vertical rectangular taillights.
