Oh you mean the re-inforcement plates for the leaf springs front bracket mounts?
Yes those are on also.

Its easy enough to do both, why not, but at least do one or the other if the budget is tight.

You'll see the most gain with subframe connectors.  The torque boxes add a little.  If combined, they equal 100%, the SFCs will be about 85% (guesstimate) of the package.

Is there an advantage to the weld in connectors compared to the bolt in ones?

It seam to me that welding them in gives support to the body pans as well as supporting connecting the frames.  As the bolt in ones only tie the frames together.

weilding in makes the body tighter and more strudy.     That is what I am going to do on mine also.

I used two pieces of 2x3 box tubing and slit the floors and welded them full length. The only drawback is the carpet has a lump behind both front seats. I don't spend any time back there so it doesn't bother me though
