It's a NOM 383/727. Was a 318 car. We are the third owner. Has a fender tag,No BS. it will have a 5.7/6.1 HEMI,auto.A/C. This is my cruiser.

2nd to last pic shows the worst fit up at the door quarter. We really tried.Had to stretch the top of it 1/8". They aren't perfect,But very nice considering.

Thanks for the advice on going with the full quarters!  :2thumbs:   It was the right choice.

:2thumbs: Love the second gen. Chargers.............the absolute best. I have a 70, my favorite is the 68 (love those tail lights) but I sure wouldn't put down the 69 model. You've done some real nice work, you obviously have the skills and patience for the job, it shows !  :clapping:

I don't like seeing for the most part swapping model parts, but since I'm going to put an AAR scoop on a 71 Dart hood I'm guilty. So, I would like to see a 70 Charger front end with a 69 grill, then a 68 rear panel installed. Then I'd have the parts of 2nd. gen. Chargers that I like best.  :2thumbs:

Thanks you guys!  It will be BLACK! :aarg: with a red tail stripe.    I wasn't looking for a 69 charger...  That's how it happened. One day it followed me home.  I prefer the 68's. My good buddy has a sublime 70 charger. When we cruise around all I see is the backs of peoples heads. They always see that green.  We talk about trading this thing when finished for a GTX same year. But we'll see...    There's nothin' wrong with having a black 69 charger sittin' around.  :icon16:

I'm trying to con bro into cop car wheels. Or just steelies. 10". Black gut with red leather seats. Err somethin'.   Sweet l.e.d. sequential taillights., l.e.d. marker lights.H4 bulbs.  By the end of next week the bodywork should be acceptable. Then we'll roll her out during the days to let her sit. Get onto some interior stuff then.Grille,Ect..    Shaved the antenna. Was gonna' shave the markers until we found the leds., Shavn' bumper bolts. and a rechrome.   Gonna' be a cool ride.  :cooldancing:     I was sanding all day.

Yes,We did get it in Denver somewhere. I don't remember where exactly. Story was...       car was bought for this kids high school graduation in 1988. They paid 6500.00 for it. The kids dad had it fixed up for him I think.(insert 383)He got married in it. By the condition of the plugs and some other small things. He drove it for about 30-50K miles. They got it from the original owner (Co.) An old lady up in the hills.Err something like that...  When we came to pick it up his family was there taking pics. It was sad in a way. He loved that car.  We got it for 7900.00 Complete. Pulled the terrible plugs,Flushed the tank/filter.Been driving it ever since. It was completely oxidized paint. The burgundy red looked flat orange. It sat out on a dead end street for like 10 yrs. It went to a good home! She is on her way back to the streets. I need to dig up some pics of it when we got it.
