Oh Wes... Stop by anytime!  It's a cool location. Like the bat cave. With chicks n' dogs.  We ordered a '68-69' floor shift. Got a really badly rusted 70' column shift. Not even close to the pic in the ad. We contacted the seller right away.He said it's right and blocked further communications.Havn't heard from ebunk yet.

The 3rd pic here shows the belt line pretty good. Hard to get it. But it's crispie.

Brad,You better just start looking for one now...

The closer we get the more it sinks in. OMG That car is mine!?

Looks really great.  Makes me want to sell my Cuda and get one of those instead.  The slots look great on it.

Ya it is pretty cool, don't get me wrong... But to me. The 'cuda is KING. As is the challenger...The E body is special. Your car is VERY nice!!!Love the color!! Don't sell it for a charger.NO WAY. :grinno:     Is that a real AAR? You do know that's my favorite car of all time right!? Err a superbird. But that's almost unobtainium.

E-bodies certainly are great cars, and yes mine is a real numbers matching AAR.  I had a '70 R/T Charger growing up and miss that car a lot though.  Maybe it's the sentimental part of it that draws me to those cars.  No denying that killer body style though.  You'll get some serious looks with that thing when you're done.  I know this is an E-body site but I'd love to continue seeing your progress on it going forward.

New grille chrome,(AMD) aluminum.Fit is great!Just a little tweaking. So now the whole front end can go in!Headliner is in and stretching. Returned the junk column,He said they have a lot of parts and probably sent the wrong one...Ya right. :swear: I need one. So we shall see what shows up. Getting ready to install the hood/pins. Spray the front valance, rear corners. Then it's down to the little things.Still a bunch of coin to go into the interior, But I can see light at the end of this tunnel!!  :working:

Ya,The air cleaner is temp. They suck.  Hood clearance is tight. I'd love to get an AAR hood for the cuda. Then cut the scoop/center section off the bulge hood and graph it onto the charger hood. lead the seam. I think it would look cool. And give more room. We are also going to clear bra the bottom 6" all the way around. maybe even little clear lexan mud flap things. I can make them cool and hardly noticeable.  It's like time stands still when this thing rolls by! :screwy:      Gonna' get a vid...  Pics won't do this justice...:cooldancing:

Picked up the trim.We were extremely disappointed.450$ wasted.   It's like he didn't sand at all.Only polished it.Spent more time rolling it all up in newspaper. So I'm sanding/buffing. learning. Might take it to a pro down in Co. springs...     The real stainless is just so much better than the aluminum repro. stuff.   Is it that I'm being too picky? Asking too much? Everything seems to be like that. One step forward, two steps back.  :violin:

try a vid. here...

thanx dude! :ylsuper:     some guy we found on CL. I called and talked to his wife(?)  After speaking with her for awhile about what he does. If anyone can get it where I need it,He should be able.  The pics show his equipment reflected in different stages of polishing.  I just cant seem to reproduce the really bright white type finish.(yet:) He's got it down to a science. So I'm fiddling.

Really, really nice job on the car.  You have to be getting anxious to get it on the road.
