Vinyl trim for Chally - this don't look right
« on: February 20, 2010 - 06:51:33 AM »
OK, so the trim clips on the end were breaking and coming up on the Challenger,
I am going to help a fellow member out and long story short I opted to go ahead and
remove the trim, and replace the bad clips.... when I find this!

This is not correct is it - I have looked up R/T spec and see they have new ones available, and there is no
screws or washers in the pic.

70/71 had clips with threaded studs, yo may need to go that route since this ones drilled out, but the trim is slightly narrower.

Thanks for the picture :2thumbs: I was going to buy new trim clips for my vinyl top trim, saw your picture and used the same setup, worked great, and saved on a purchase and shipping. After all, it is the Ratty R/T and I am the king of backyard, on the cheap, Mopar fixes
