    I haven't been watching any of the winter games, but did see a news report about the Canadians Women hocky team.  :roflsmiley:  They won the gold and went into the locker room, guess they got word that some of the Canadia fans were still in the arena. So they came back out,................along with their beer, champane, and cigars. Sounds like the news people were giving them a bunch of slack. Maybe a bit out of line, but no one was on the ice and I'm sure all the other teams fans had left, so what the hey? Let'em have fun, they just won the GOLD . Now they can head back to their homes and shave their under arms, return to the status of "ladies", give them a break.   :cheers:

    they may be better hockey players but they sure aren't going to win any beauty pageants.   :smilielol:  I think the USA team has them beat in that department.   :bigsmile:

    I have a true confession here though. I did smoke a cigar once in my life. When I woke up from my stooper the next day, I wanted to cut my tongue out. I swear, the taste lasts a lot longer than desired.   :lol:

     When reported in Australia they honed in on the apparent fact that some were under the legal drinking age for Canada which was reported as 19.   :dunno:
     I know that USA & NZ is 21 and Australia is 18, the commentators put their own slant on things.    :cheers:

    When my son was born me and my brother lit up a huge cuban my buddy gave me, we smoked it till we were nearly sick...lol, never again. (unless I have another son/daughter some day. )  :bigsmile:

       I'm not a smoker,drinker or Hockey fan (some Canadian I am, EH!) but you need to cut the girls some slack. They worked really hard to get where they did. Its not like the men who go back to the NHL and make large money (and act like Jackass' after every game), these girls get no compensation and do it for the love, so they deserve to celebrate.

    Am I the only one who's fed up with the Microscope on everyone lives? I understand if its Bernie Madoff, or Conrad Black, but really Tiger, Brittney, the Canadian Girls Hockey Team - come on, are people that bored with themselves.

    This is not an attack on anyone here, just a rant - GO CANADA!

    Legal age in Canada is 18

    And yes cigars leave a bad taste in your mouth the next day-but Molson beer will kill any taste  in your mouth  :2thumbs:
