Need a PIC!!!
« on: March 09, 2010 - 12:21:33 PM »
Hey Guys,

Eastwood will soon be a sponsor of the board!  And it's gonna be cool because they'll be providing discounts, but also have some other promotions for us which will involve FREE products.....details to follow.  I use their products often and have done some amazing work with them....they are truly a powerhouse resource for restorers.

But, right now we are looking for a pic of a rusty, torn apart, or pre-restoration Cuda or Challeneger that you own and that you give permission to use in their banner.

Thanks

Hi,
That's awesome Eastwood is coming on board!  I've got a few that I don't mind if they can use.  I should have hi-res copies if they need them.

Man, I can't wait to get back home from Iraq to continue working on the car! I've really missed her!

Take care!
Sean

Sure, they can use that one.  I can post a higher res shot if they need it.

Cheers!

Wow guys....it's so amazing that the folks on this board are skilled enough to save these cars.  Once you bring them back from these conditions they will be safe forever....and I think that's so cool!

And Jim, it will be more than discounts.  Maybe I shouldn't say yet, but the plan is to sponsor some resto projects with free products and reviews written by you guys of how they work....how cool will that be?  Make your car better and maybe even make the product better in the future.  I hope we get it all done.......

Sounds like a great idea!
I have used a lot of their paint products over the years and would definitely recommend some of their coatings to anyone!

My favorite is their home powder coating kit.  I have the nicest dual Holley carb setup on a 427FE side-oiler engine then I've ever seen on any car.....carb colors in red and silver to match the body colors of my Cobra.....all with their powder coating kit......

Thanks whitesatinmopar!  We're going into "turbo mode" to try to do some fun stuff for you guys.....let us know if anyone has any ideas.  This is still 69ChargerRT's baby......I'm just lending a hand cause I have the time.  I wonder if we should try anything at the Mopar event coming up in Vegas?  Chryco?  Handouts?

Thanks for the pics guys....we have selected one!!!  Wait for it......haha.......
