I'd be in on a discounted powder coating kit.  A coworker ordered it a few months ago and was impressed.  My turn now. Would the discount be 15% off sale prices as well?
 Keep me informed.

Darren

I have noticed a few of you guys mention the powder coating system. If there was enough interest, I could prolly put together a sale or put together a discounted "starter kit". Would be cool to have a bunch of people purchase it and start a little thread showing your progress with powder coating (of course I'd be here to give advice and help speed up the learning curve ;) )

Also if there is anything else a group of you guys would be interested in seeing a sale on, let me know and I can put together some special sales for this forum.

I am still working on what our first sale details would be (what product, what discount, how long, etc). BUT you can still use the "CUDA" discount code (or click directly on our site link in my signature) and get 15% off of any kits that are already on sale. I know our original Hot Coat gun is has a nice sale on it right now   :bananasmi

I'd like to welcome Eastwood Co. as our new sponsor and I have a suggestion for a few new threads.  I've used a couple of your spray paints but so far that's all and I would love to see a regular feature showing a product or 'system' of products and how to use them.  Then if some of the other more experienced restorers here would chime in with pictures & write-ups of how they've used that same product along with tips, etc. it would really help the rest of us in the steep part of the restoration learning curve.  And I for one ALWAYS appreciate a discount and return that commitment with customer loyalty in return.  Thank you Eastwood!

I will do my best to repost them as we do DIY's here, but I post those on our blog and also V8TV and ourselves are doing a partnership, where they will be doing reviews and DIY videos for some of our products.

If there is a specific product you guys would like to see a DIY on I can work on pulling the product out and doing one myself or digging up and posting one if we already have it pre-made :)

Thanks again for the warm welcome!

Wizard,

Why does this show when I do a jump to, at the bottom of my screen?  Is there a code error in this line, or do I have a setting changed somewhere?  Are you other guys seeing this?

Once this is fixed I'll delete this reply.

Matt,

Your customer service folks said if an item is on sale the discount code does NOT work.....she seemed positive...true?  Seemed different from what you told us......just so we know......

Generally discounts can not be combined. Although sale or discounted items you may find on the site, the discount code will work on. Calling into customer service, they may stick firmly to the rule of "only one discount/promotion per order" (they handle phone orders differently sometimes). But for your particular code, it is aimed at online orders and is better to order directly off the site to optimize your discount....  ;)

Eastwood is a sponsor.... that is awesome. Love their products, and they are only about 2 hours from my home in PA! Nothing like mail ordering a product and getting it 4 hours later :naughty:

Is EASTWOOD still offering the 15% discount for members?
Even on sale items?
Last time I placed an order and used "cuda" the site accepted it but it did not calculate any discount...
