I agree with what Brooks stated. It is good to have a high quality torque wrench with 250 ft-lb or 300 ft-lb capacity (1/2 inch drive). And a smaller one with in-lb readings, which will be used much less often.
But I don't know what types are available in The Netherlands. I would imagine that you could only find torque wrenches with units of N-m, correct? (Or I suppose you could order from the U.S.)
Either way, a torque wrench is definitely a tool that you want high quality. Some of the lower-quality units can be +/- 5~10 percent, even when new!
