Since you have two secondary carbs, you need two of the Holley spring assortments. You might want to experiment with other springs, as well; but the yellows are where we all usually wind up. Most of this kind of tuning is trial and error; just be careful, and change only one thing at a time. Start with basic fuel metering changes, then worry about your secondary tip-in.
Thanks.  Do the springs come in a kit or do I order just yellow's, for example?  And how can I tell what power valve I have?  I don't see anything that says 4.5, 6.5, etc... 

The vacuum pod springs in my outboard carb (rear) is not colored.  Is there any other way to tell which spring I have?

Not quite sure what you mean by starting with basic fuel metering changes.  I assume you are referring to the jets on the primary carb.  If so, how would I know if I have gone too far on the metering size or if I just need to lighten up the springs on the secondary vacuum pods?  Is there a set of "dial-in" instructions anywhere on the internet that you know of?

the powervalve is either stamped on the side of the nut or in the face where the hole into the diaphragm is , if it has no stamping pick up a new 4.5" & start there
The stock spring is not colored so you still have the stock spring in place .
Tuning is an art , you want the seconadaries to open smoothly , if they open too fast it will bog down for a moment then jump in , it should not bog as the secondaries open up .
the jet size on the primary carb is determined by cruising at a steady speed withthe secondaries closed & watching plug color , the plugs should be light tan/ orange , if they are yellow they are too lean, choclate is rich

I did find the power valve number on it.  I believe it is 6.5, which I believe is stock.  The numbers are stamped 6 5 5, at 180° from eachother.  Not a real intuitive way to designate it.  Am I reading this correctly, or do I have a 5.5?

As soon as I get these back and take a look at the plugs, I plan to check vacuum at idle to verify that the power valve is adequate.  I did go with that Lunati cam (220°/226° @.050, 475/495, 112°/108°), so I'm curious if that did anything to the vacuum.

I also noticed that I had the front carb in the rear position.  I'm guessing the only real difference between front and rear is the jet size drilled in the metering plate.  Are you aware of any other differences?

the 2 numbers for the power valve are ont he same side , so you will have 65 together on one side & a & letter on the other side
it is amazing how often the outboard carbs end up on the front intsead of rear , it will make a difference

A couple of questions on my center carb. 

Picture #1:  Do I have the baffle positioned correctly?

Picture #2:  Should there be a gap between the black spring adjustable stop and the pivot arm (lower part of picture) when the throttle valve is completely closed?  How is this adjustment made?

there is not suppost to be a gap in the accelerater pump arm & lever , the adjustment is made by putting a wrench on the top & bottom nut , it will expand as you unthread the 2 nuts
