    oil pressure gauge

    looking to install a mechanical oil pressure gauge on my small block. is this(below)  the fitting/sending unit threaded into the block by the distributor?

    yes that is the oil pressure take-off port on the back of the engine.

    Just stopped hosting it about 2-3 months ago. Sorry about the information. Yahoo was just too pricey on hosting for something that was never really updated. I'll eventually turn that stuff into just 'write-ups' on the forum.
