Put cuda rocker mouldings on my 72 pics

I bought these at the end of last summer,got them on last week.These should have been standard on all cudas IMO.These are from b tucker inc.on sale still for 128 a pair,total with shipping was 156.I really like them :2thumbs:

are the locating pins on the rocker panels the same from 70-74 :dunno:

Yes , like a self tapping sheet metal screw.  You drill the hole first useing a smaller drill bit size.  The screw will be a counter fit type.  Don't over tighten

Thats exactly how i installed them,after removing the originals with the clips,held them in place,drilled the holes,stainless self tapping screws and bam done.the old holes do not line up,and are a total non issue,very painless installation. :2thumbs:

 stainless screws in sheet metal is a bad idea...  it will rust like heck and you won`t notice till you`ve got the panel laying next to your car.  if you want to have nice looking screws there, you`re better of using chrome plated .

Your right...they defiantly add to the look. Have always loved the Cuda rockers.   :thumbsup:    I'm very seriously thinking about adding the polished rockers to my T/A. I added the wheel lips and think the rockers would just finish it off.

I agree with you, mine car was ordered with them and they look pretty sharp too.
