digital tach & shift light combos
« on: April 03, 2010 - 11:10:56 AM »
Anybody have experience with the combination tach/shiftlights such as these from Summit Racing?

I've also seen the $50 ones on Ebay.

Looking to supplement the factory tach on the Challenger.

Looks like the Summit ones have more LEDs and a dimmer circuit which the $50 ones are lacking.

I have an autometer gauge similar, I like it and it sits out of the way.

Tom

Works with the MSD with no extra parts too.

I think that is the direction I'm headed.

Autometers look nice, but don't fit the budget. The Ebay ones look like crap.

I got the autometer so I could rotate it, wasn't able to tell if the summit one would or not.  I didn't want to mount it to the top of something to read it.

Tom

I think it was only 120 bucks.
