Trunk divider
« on: April 06, 2010 - 11:22:58 PM »
Ok, Just got a new trunk divider for my Challenger and hope to install it tomorrow. I wanted to ask, I got the insulation that Legendary offers with the divider. What do I do with it? Does it need to be glued to the board? Do I leave it hanging on the seat hooks? Also does it go on the inside of the cabin or facing the trunk side?

it goes inside under the seat back
you can glue it or just hang it under the seat

Does the divider have any screws or bolts to hold in place or is it just the hangar? Also, if I am installing dynamat on the divider and package tray, is the insulation needed at all?

Thanks

The trunk divider just hangs on those two hooks. The insulation isn't needed, but it can't hurt.

EDIT: In those locations, the insulation is more for keeping the cold air out, so I'm not sure how much an inch or so helps, but I put it in mine.
