B motor and 727, also you nede to shorten drive shaft if the 318 is a 904 right?

Schumacher has mounts best easy way to go for the engine.

What differential is in the car? 8 1/4 or 8 3/4?

383s run strong it will be so much more fun to drive:)

I'm typically a small block guy, but given the two engines that you're choosing between I'd say go with the 383, sounds like a much better known quantity.

If you're running a 727 in the car now you shouldn't have to do any work to the driveshaft, but if you've got a 904 in the car now you'll have to change the driveshaft length too. I would upgrade the torsion bars at some point, and add sway bars if you don't already have them. But that's not something that you'd have to do at the same time as the swap.

You don't need those Schmacher mounts, unless it has a slant 6 K-frame.

Also need to change headers, radiator, carb linkage?,pulleys, brackets etc.318 would be a bolt in but obviuosly a 383 is a better choice if you want some power although a 318 will run decent with a a good 4 barrell setup.
