were do I find bullet conectors
« on: April 13, 2010 - 07:57:36 AM »
I'm wiring up some aftermarket gauges and want to plug into the stock  3 socket plug for the lights. I bought generic bullit connectors but they do not fit,too loose.
Were do I get 1 connector?
Thanks Brad

If you can't find a bullet that fits, try spreading out the one you have. I have opened up bullets at the break before, with pretty good results. It requires a steady hand, but can be done. Patience is a virtue.

.157 ?   At radio shack....Lotta trouble for one connector there are  a couple of spade connectors that work, cigar lighter lamp is one.  Or melt some solder on the one that's small.

Good idea!, I have to make a trip there for some parts for my work van. Up to what years had these conectors?
