contingency decals
« on: April 16, 2010 - 08:17:11 PM »
Here is an odd question. I have been searching for contingency decals. I found a guy on the web that makes reproduction decals for $8 each and up. A bit expensive. I also found some collections of 20 decals for $30 on ebay. Again pricey as I would need 2 sets and they only have a few that I need. When I was racing before( in 1969 thru 74) the speed shops would have tons of them and give them to you. Now that speed shops are all but gone to web shops, where do you guys get your decals? Any one source for all that isn't trying to retire on the price?

Looking for retro stuff or current?  The few branded items I have purchased have included a couple, Hooker, K&N, Pypes, not to mention Summit with any order sends a couple.

Well, I know the problem with the priceing may or may not lie with the seller as some sign shopd have gotten Outragious when it comes to making a run of decals...We tried for some club affliation decals for the club and got anything from $7-$15 PER DECAL...These weren't huge decals either..Like 3"X4"...
