I want to start getting a headcount for the show so that we can decide whether or not to make dinner reservations for Saturday, and also so I can know how much food to prepare for Saturday lunch (a tradition that will now be entering it's third year.) Attending members from the past two years will most likely tell you that I know my way around a grill!
So please vote and let us know. Also, feel free to make suggestions/requests for what ViperMan should grill up this year! Two years ago we did homemade burgers with a couple side-dishes, and last year it was grilled hot or sweet sausages with sauteed peppers, garlic and onions on rolls.
