Jim.....We will be looking you up. Got a lot of catching up to do.

Jim is another top notch Mopar guy, Ken..........think he may have another rear bumper to install, in the wet yet?  :roflsmiley: This is what this "club" is all about, Pam and I drive into the show grounds on a Thursday afternoon with rain traveling with us, and there is Ken Helping Jim put a new bumper on the Challenger. They did finally "borrow" someone's tent to get some cover.  :2thumbs:

Hey guys - really glad to see the responses.

The next thing we gotta decide - and relatively soon now - is if we're doing a buffet dinner for the club, or if we all want to order separately.

Two years ago we did buffet but no one showed.  Still, we were all eating right away, the food kept coming, and we all got to have fun.

Last year we DIDN'T do buffet, a TON of people showed, and some of us waited quite a while to get food.

The buffet is only $9 per person (might be some change tacked on) but it includes two types of pizza, two soups, sandwiches, salad, and some pasta dishes - the food is really good.

I'll get some addresses up here shortly, but besides the hotel, fairgrounds and restaurant, there isn't really much else to provide.  There's the strip in town that a lot of people go to, but even I don't know where that is.

I'll be there, swap spaces M180-182, near gate 7.

Stop by and say hello. Look for a blue pop-up and the Auto-Grip banner.  :2thumbs:

Will hopefully catch some of y'all at the show area.

So does this mean we get no slushies this year?   :dunno:   No one is ever at the charger tent . . . I go by there every year and so far after 3 years . . . I have always gone to an empty tent?  CC.Com usually always has someone there?

Well, we will see how the thing goes.  I already promised the guys at the dodgecharger.com site that I would have them there for the group photo.  If there is a poor turn out, I am sure that I can migrate over to the cuda-challenger.com tent.  However, if the cuda-chally tent is next to the dealership display, I'd more likely stay close to my charger just to keep an eye on it so now one ends up sitting inside it like at the last show I was at.  Worse comes to worse, people can take trips to the dc.com tent and get them.  This way they can see a real car.... my 69 charger.    :smilielol: :poopoke:

The buffet sounds good. Can we get address for the meeting places so I can program them into the GPS? Does anyone go to the show at the dealer on Thursday night anymore? Just before the week of the snow could someone that's in the know please post what's going on CC.Com wise. Like the meeting places and eating joints and  the CC.Com hotel.

I liked the buffet too.  The problem was a bunch of people said they were coming then just about 10 or 12 of us showed up.

A bunch of us went to the Thursday night Cruise-In last year, if you are in town you should go.

We will be in town by Monday. It would be nice to go to some of these get togathers. Do you go out to eat first or do the cruise in and then go to eat?
