We will be attending and this thread has really been helpfull. Flying in Thursday, rented a car, will go to fairgrounds that afternoon to see where it all is. With all these adresses posted we have mapped out to take "11" to Middlesex Dinner, then Wal-Mart to get a table for our swap space, then to Cumberland Motors for the show, then hotel... Our day starts by getting up at 4:30am in Minneapolis, Mn so will be a longer one.

Looking forward to this event (1st year). Stop by our swap space (I-65) to see in person the samples of the 1:18 scale Altered Wheelbase '65 Plymouths we are having made. Sould be a FUN trip.

I will have to stop by, I hang out with my buddies in I 72-78.

I've had to change my original post swap space number (had it wrong). We are in I-62 (not 65).

Just shipped the 5 Altered Wheelbase 1:18 samples, plus a Mr Norm Hemi Challenger (real car replica), and 2 Pro Stock Challengers - Red Light Bandit & Billy the Kid samples. Also just bought and had a 10x10 tent shipped to the event - that we will be selling (not taking back with us). Brand new (well, 2 days at Carlisle) so if you want a 10x10 tent cheap - let us know. Cost us $139.95 - take with you Saturday at 3:30pm - first $75 takes it.

The Travelodge is on Rt 11 (Harrisburg Pike), just off I81.  Less than a mile north on 11 is the Middlesex Diner, one of the most popular places to eat.   11 is the main road into Carlisle, so there are lots of places to eat, and just a couple of miles to the event.

Have the hemicuda in the invitational for the retro dealership and my better half's new Challenger in the show so we will be there for a much needed break.  Looking forward to meeting some new friends and kicking back in the wonderful weather forecast of high heat/humidity.  Sure wish they had a pool on the fairgrounds
