    Why is this Cuda worth $3000?

    NO WAY does it have any good parts!  Maybe the rear bumper and the convertible top, but 3 grand for that?  NOT ME!!!

    Amazing isn't it?  We saw that a couple months ago and couldn't find one part or even the shell that would make it worth that much.

    So someone can use the title and the vin plates to make there clone convertable into a real one.   :-\ That's why someone would pay $3000 for it.

    It said in the description that there was no VIN tag.

    I really don't know what the big deal is about convertibles.  I used to know someone who had one and I didn't like it.

    Isn't their main benefit the "top down open air feeling"?  Well for me it was the "top down hot sun blasting you to death with no shade at all feeling".

    Plus, if you manage to flip it, you're sure to get killed.

    And the bodies flex a lot more and rust will hurt them more easily.  And the car is heavier because of the extra body bracing which still isn't good enough.  So they're more dangerous, more easily damaged by rust, and slower.

    And people PAY for this!  Like buying a Harley instead of any other brand of motorcycle.

    YIKES!!  Maybe I had better get rid of my convert before something bad happens!!   Anyone got an extra 100k layin around with dreams of a purple big block convertible??   ::)    ::)    ::)    ;D   ;D

    Hmm, aren't you the one selling all the Mopars? You would think you would know better than to put down one of the most sought after Musclecars in the world on one of the busiest and best web sites about the very car you are trashing.  ;D  ;)  ::) ???

    A daily driver convertible NEVER. But, a hobby, a weekened toy, and fine arse ride, hell ya baby bring on the convertible. I cant tell ya how many hoes want to go for a ride when Im cruising the strip on friday or saturday night. I too will own a convert one day. But im a good husband and father and just wave. (stupid morals)  ;D ;D

    I'd have to agree I'm not much of a ragtop man but they are still a nice ride, definitely a nice ride.

    Only thing is it's not really Muscle IMO, I don't think ragtops can ever be muscle. 2dr coupes now thats muscle no time for cruising.  8)


    Still I wouldn't say no to a rag but I'd probably sell it and buy myself a hardtop.  ;D
