Challenger consol install
« on: April 27, 2010 - 02:32:11 PM »
I am finally re-installing my center consloe . THe auto shifter plate doesn't fit flush with the conslo, I guess I need to shim it up or cut the crpet underneath away. Anyone else have this trouble?

Also, the v shaped spring that ttaches to the front shift linkage, where does the it hook to...the front linkage and the bottom bracket with the hole?

i believe the spring does attach to the bottom bracket..and i never had any trouble with the plate,,being to low,the top console plate always layed around the outer edge of the shift plate,,but if shims work there should be no problem,
