4 speed lock out linkage

Does anyone have a picture or diagram of their factory 4 speed lock out linkage hooked up? I have a 70 cuda. I took it off 19yrs ago and would like to put it back on but can't seem to get it to fit right. Any help is appreciated, thanks in advance.
