The ads are behind a 60's plastic, on a 60's cardboard, I'll see how hard it be to scan. But I did do a search on mrnorms.com, and the have replica ones on the site, but then it also has the sample mark on them. My older buddy wants these, and I already told him he can have, let's see what can be done to scan at a later date.
