Thanks for the info on this thread Jay. I'll see you in Springfield. Maybe you'll have your car back by then?

Find out how long you can file medical claims against an accident in IL. In MO. it's 5 years. Some states only have 1 year. The insurance company wont tell you either, till after it expires. I still have an open case where I was rear ended in May of 07. I had an operation for my arm and am still waiting to get the plate taken off before I settle.

Here's the latest.
The car is coming along good. I go and visit it about once a week. All of the body work is complete and it is in primer. They were blocking on it Monday (6/14) when I was there. I'll be going over early next week to see how it is going. With any luck it will have some paint on it. I tried to load some pictures from Moday but the uploader is full. There are a couple of progress pictures on the shops website. Here's a link.

I'm doing good John, thanks for asking. I had x-rays and an MRI a week and a half ago. Met with the spine doctor this past Monday. The doc went over my injuries and basically said it is going to heal itself. I have very slight bulging between C5 and C6 and C7. Some arthritis and a perineral cyst. None of which was caused by the accident in the doctors opinion. The tingling in my arm has gone away for now. I'm going to give it some time. I do feel OK right now. I won't sign off on the medical release for awhile though.
About the car, I just got back from a local get together and ran into a guy that told me the car got painted this week. I will go by the shop on Monday and get some pictures.
