This first pic is the wood I was going to crash into. Im really glad I didnt cause it drops off even more in the woods. And the corner I spun out in going backwards and the tree I nearly took out or maybe it almost took me out. Either way I lose. The last pic is the hill I was hoping I could use to slow me down.

:o Glad you didn't scratch the 'Cuda!! I would think if anyone can drive in circles backwards while reading Mopar Muscle Magazine and drinking a Coke, it's you!!! hehe After seeing that video I don't think it was just an accident.  ::)

Funny that you mention that, Since I am paperboy and I pass up my houses all the time I am use to driving backwards at high speeds. But that is in a small toyota and no one cares if I crash it.

Wow Burpin, glad you made it out alright.  That would have been horrible if you sent it into the trees.

Glad you didn't get hurt in your "country boy" driving technique, and that you didn't damage your beautiful car.

Man Burpin, I'm so glad you and the car are OK.  Hope your wife wasn't watching this whole thing...she'd have been scared to death.

Glad your alright burpin! I had it happen a few times but not as bad as your situation!
If it were me i would have held on tight and threw it in park. I'd rather blow the trans then smash the body up or go flying into another car or house. You got lucky boy...

I tried to throw it into park, but moving at those speeds it wouldnt alllow the pin to catch. It just made a grinding noise. See even us Texans try everything and still get picked on.

GO BUSH

There is NOTHING more scary than driving and realizing you have no brakes ( I and my neighbors garage know )
The only thing worse is going downhill backwards with no power steering!!
I hope you had a change of undies handy!!
All kidding aside, glad to hear you and your car are all right - and that is about the best bit of driving I've ever heard of.

BB73 thanks for the kind words, But I was tring to send it up the hill and lost control in the curve when it went into the spin. The thing happened so fast It took all I had to keep my eyes open, and hands on the wheel instead of climbing into the back seat criing like a little girl.  ;D ;D ;D ;D ok I have never paniced in a serious situation but I wanted too.

Infact when I was in highschool I use to hate it when I would get into a fight and my adrinalin wouldnt start flowing. I always stayed calm and wooped some butt. Cept that one time I was a freshman and this one guy hurt me good. But that is another story.

Yeah, but I bet that 1 guy doesn't have a cool ride like yer 'Cuda -
He probably cruises to Wal-Mart in his mini-van.

I've only ever spun around once - the car I was in had all of its brakes and steering operating, and I still craped myself. Oh, I was going forward and not downhill either - I just know that was one heck of a ride you went on!
