Since you know your engines history I would be inclined to prep and reuse what you have. Although I have heard good about the scat and eagle stuff in general.
If you switch to ARP bolts/nuts, the nut face is probably a larger diameter than OEM, so to make correct contact between the nut and rod cap you most likely will have to spot face the rod caps to remove the contact "pattern" left by the OEM nuts so the ARP nuts will fully contact the cap surface.
I bought the eagle rods for my 360. The small and big ends were sized close to correct, but the piston pin holes had slight taper to them, and one big end was 0.001 smaller than the minimum spec. So I had them touched up. Now the pin bores are straight and true to spec, and big ends are at the minimum spec for maximum bearing crush.
The eagle rods were lighter weight than stock, so between that and the lighter Ross forged pistons was able to take weight out of the rotating assembly.
