I actually bought it from a company in New Mexico called Six Pack Performance.  They had two of them which they bead blasted and powder coated.  It came with the motor mounts too!
Never really thought about it till I got this at how well the power coat can get into those hard to reach areas.

Does 6pak do it themselves or are these k's from Newcombs?

The K-member looks like it is orginal.  There are some pits in the metal where it looks like there was some rust at one time.  I have visually matched it up as working for a Hemi, but the id tag has a "72"  I have been doing some research to make sure I got what I expected and I was under the impression it should be read "76" for an e-body hemi K-member.

Could be a 14(early built) or a 76(late built)
