bleeding disc/drum brakes with prop/metering valves

aftr bleeding with a power bleeder to the rears,,,flowing fluid,,,still no brakes...i am going to rebleed the master and install self bleeders in the rears and go from there,,,after int fire up nothing went right :swear:bent a pushrod,,,rebuilt power steering box poured oil,not leaked,all over the shop floor and the brakes,rear,did not work :swear:oh,,and my lottery ticket was a loser,,,,,,,nothing like tearing apart a brand new cuda........

I had the same problem.It was my booster.It should not be that hard.Was your original booster rebuilt or was it an exchange.My booster was frozen solid.

its an exchange rebuilt unit...bad maybe??/who knows without changing everything..

Take the master cylinder off.If the pedal is still hard it is your booster.

took the master off,,booster checked out fine,,replaced the master with another rebuilt unit,bleeding each line as it go's thru the prop valve and now it will bleed the rears! so far..will attempt to finish the full bleeding process tomorrow after work..
