I have been following the 71 market closely, and at $48k I would say it was a fair price for all. Seems that well finished out hemi clones are selling for about $10k to $12k more than similar 440 clones such as mine, so high $40s is where I would have figured.
Sounds like everyone is happy, which is the way it usually is, and should be.

Tommyg29,
You are right, we are happy with the price and the buyer is very happy.  It is funny when the buyer called about the car I sent the pictures and information and a couple days after that I got a call from another interested buyer wanting more info and pictures. The first guy said he would be out to see the car and the 2nd guy said he wanted to come see the car also. I let the 1st guy see the car 1st because he called first. The 2nd guy said he would buy the car if the 1st guy did not want it.  It's funny how things happen. It seems like you will get a lot of calls at the same time.  Now we have some people interested in Blofish and the Viper.  Thanks again everyone for the compliments on the car. The new owner emailed and said he loves the car and so does everyone else.

its funny how it seems you can go weeks with hardly a call, and then get 2 or 3 on the same day.
I'm a realtor, and it works like that all the time.

Tommyg29,
You are so right. It seems to work like that when you are selling parts too.  We have been getting calls about Blofish now too. In fact we have 2 or 3 people interested in the Viper and Blofish.  Hope everyone has a great Weekend.

Blofish has been Sold.  She goes to her new home in California tomorrow (Tuesday). We will miss her but the buyer will take good care of her.

4Cruizn,
Yes, we are Cudaless.  The shop looks awful empty now. We still have the Viper and my husband will start on his 1972 Dodge Truck this summer.  We know where a couple of Cuda's are that we might try to buy if we can get the owners to part with them. They both need work.  I know my husband will still tinker with the Cuda's but not do anymore ground up restorations.  We know that Pink Ice and Blofish have very good homes.
