Ever heard of the V21 option for a Cuda
« on: May 25, 2010 - 03:13:00 PM »
Ran across this today while looking for something else. Maybe this is common knowledge but I had never heard of one much less seen one. If you scroll down the page it lists all the specs for the hood. http://kelleyhome.homestead.com/cybercuda.html

Always learning something new about these cars.

I have heard of this before.  Only ever seen one.  I like the layout.  I believe it is a 72 only option.

V21 was for 1972 and is the blackout/performance hood treatment. I've seen a few.

72 only, I have thought about that on my 72 Winchester Gray and put  the V21 option on it. From what I have been able to find out and I could be wrong there was only one 72 Winchester Gray with the V21 option and it was an export car. I would love to see a picture of it.

Back in 2003 there was a legit hemi orange/white interior '72 Cuda with this option for sale on Cuda World.  Ususally I'm not a big fan of round tail light Cudas, but if it had been a stick car I would have bought it.
