I just checked to see where the bidding was at, and the auction has ended ??? It says the fenders were withdrawn from auction. Do you think someone actually made him a private offer of $5200 or more :o :o :o ?

I think after no bids he realized he was being ridiculous.

I've said it before.. it's all relative. If money was no object,, and I was restoring a hemi or v code chally vert.. wouldn't bat an eye at that price. Let's see.. nice fenders w/ a smear of bondo or NOS..

About a month ago some one sold "2" NOS quarters, 2 NOS fenders and a full front floor NOS.. all 5 NOS Cuda pieces for $10k buy it now. It didn't last an hour. I would've biought them if i saw them sooner.  I bet the 1/4's would've sold for 4 grand a piece.. one did over the summer. If I had the money.. only the best for my Cuda.

not even a decision if you can afford them. Example.. I have a near NOS 71 front valance.. someone who seen it offered $900.00 for it. I don't need the money.. so it hangs on the wall in my garage.. prob never sell it as long as I have my Cuda.
