Well, to be honest, the Foosball table was "liberated" from the garbage. Some unit was pulling out or something and probably didn't see the need to take up space in a shipping container going back home. Also, the last thing you're thinking when you've spent a year in country and you've got your ticket out of her in hand is, "Who am I going to find that wants this Foosball table with no Foosballs?".
Some of the fellas brought it home and we asked where it came from and they said they just found it. I was thinking Sanford and Son. We did have a ping pong table that was purchased with MWR (Moral, Welfare, and Recreation) money but it was destroyed.
It does get pretty primitive here between the Bedbug infestation
, no water for days, shoddy A/C's, and the same thing for meals EVERY day. At least I have internet when there is power and no dust storms.
