trial fit
aluminum from the local hardware store, clamp and heat, very slowly, it will break and tear, the ends came off but i did this very slowly, with a heat gun to bend the flange back
after i got things even and where i wanted them, again i heated this , and used alot of tape, and then cooled it with an air hose, this takes a few times
then i removed the outer flange,
then it took a little thinking, and since this is the first one it is a little crude, im sure someone will make it better but i did it as cheap as possible and drilled all my holes in the valence, and i really spent more time on the heating and forming process
it simply bolts to the valence
and tape the ends, and i used the eye brows to hide my cut off end,
trim from door edge moulding, to hide the cut top,
again crude but it works
the eye brows bolt on like a mud flap,i like em some people dont
and there it is , it looks good enough for me ,
and the front end of the car seems to stay down at 120 mph in the Nevada desert
