is there any modifications to putting 17" 17x8 on a stock set up 72 challenger?
these are the ones i am looking at

Those wheels should work perfectly fine with your Challenger. They are 17x8s with 4.5 backspacing.

I agree, should be fine. There are some reports of a "taller" style upper ball Joint affecting some cars, but I think it was on a deeper offset.

I have 17 x 8,s, with 4 in back space, all the way around, since the wheel is bigger it should clear,i looked at those wheels pretty good deal
