I know of two guys who had Champion Rads. 1st, 71 Charger and the 2nd was a 69 Roadrunner.
They both had to do modifications to the car and the radiator to make it fit. That was for a 26 inch.

If a radiator is setup for a automatic transmission, but you are using a manuel. Do you loose some of the cooling capacity of the radiator due to blocking of the auto trans line holes. Would you get more cooling from a non auto radiator.

I put a champion radiator on my 71 Challenger 440. 26 inch 3 row. I put on a clutch fan and stock shroud. Everything fit fine with no modifications. Cools fine also.

Thats good to hear, I wanted one for my 73 Challenger, but I didn't want to get into fitting problems. Maybe it's the B Bodies with the issues.
I was going for the one with the electric fans. Whats your opinion between clutch fan and electric???
