1970 - - 340 Stroker - Finished!!!
« on: June 19, 2010 - 01:55:11 PM »
 Are they ever really finished?
The stroked 340 came out at 460 HP with just over 500 foot pounds of torque. It so looks great, sounds great and runs great. The new wheels and tires really help make it look good. She needed more meat under the fenders!

Here she sits with the old 318 and the old wheels.

Here's the finished product...............

I agree with everyone else.  Putting the 15's on really stepped it up a notch or two.  Looks great.     :2thumbs:   One sharp looking ride.  I like it.     :ylsuper:

THANK YOU Gentlemen. It's been a ton of fun. You guys know how this works better than I do. I think most of you have been doing this for years. This is my first built.
There are times when you're ready to throw in the towel. Little problems turn into big ones, you get overwhelmed and want to quit. But there are times when all the work is worth it and the progress is so sweet to see.
There were many times when you guys helped and encouraged me. This site is filled with good folks.
Car guys are good people!

That look awesome!  And those numbers are fantastic.   :2thumbs:
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.
