Correct Throw Out Bearing?

SKF offers a standard and a self aligning throw out bearing assembly. which one is correct for a big block with an 833? I don't remember ever being asked which one I wanted.

One with the collar and one is just the bearing I think. Is one priced higher than the other?

there are 2 , the 23 spline is smaller
the "big block" 18 spline is a larger brg & about 4 times the price

They both have the collar, and the specs say they're the same size. the only difference is one says self aligning, and cost twice as much. I don't know what self aligning means unless it's a type of bearing that can pivot on the race? we'd call original would not be self aligning I'd guess?

The self aligning is just a newer bearing technology, the thrust surface of the bearing can "self center". Either will work fine.
70 Cuda, 7.0L Gen-III Hemi, Viper T56 w/9310 gearset, 3.91's, Megasquirt MS3x v3.57, Innovate wideband, Firm Feel upper arms, torsion bars, springs and strut rods, QA1 DA shocks. I did everything on this car except the fancy paint stuff and I drive it...and I can't seem to stop messing with it....
