Black wheels?
« on: June 26, 2010 - 02:01:46 AM »
Just hopping on getting some of your opinions on what black wheel to get for my car. I know there are some of you that think its a dumb idea. But I really think it would look good on my car.

I was looking into getting police wheels, or plain steel wheels with dog dish caps.

I like the black steely look myself.  I had picked up a set of 15x7 cop car rims with trim rings and center caps a few years ago at carlisle for 200 bucks.  They looked good on my 66 coronet vert.

Just paint your car black.....and you have the best of both worlds.  :poopoke:  :roflsmiley:

I should put my steelies back on mine since I painted it black now.

Body coloured cop rims, without dog dishes.

I always liked the black cop carwheels, especially with dog dishes or just chrome lugnuts. Then I found the Cragar Soft 8. Just as cool, and available in 10" width.
