    Yup, Sure Grip for 35 spline axles in a Dana 60. $40, you pay shipping. This is a clutch style, so it can be rebuilt. Yes, I know it looks like it is open unit, but there are clutch packs on each side.

    It's actually called a trac-lok, probally worth two to 3 times worth the asking price also.

    Cool, thanks for the info.

    I'm tired of tripping over it, so the price stands. Also, I can't verify how good the clutches are in it either, soooo.

    Sale pending, if it will work for the potantial buyer.

    Hey....If you happen to have a 742 case with 3.54 gears and SG you are tired of tripping over for $40, I would be interested.     :bigsmile:   :poopoke:

    Well, I do have a 489 case with a sure grip and  2:76 sitting in a corner. But those are my road trip gears so I'm not too anxious to get rid of them.

    I also have a 742 with a Mark Williams spool and 5:13s. I think I'm about $600 in to that one.

    Trying to clear out the garage some, I'll let you kow what I run across.  :bigsmile:

    4:56s would be a might much for my use.  :burnout:

    I plan on keeping my 2.76 open for long trips, but am hoping that the 3.54s will be Ok for shorter highway trips.
