At the car show last night my son and I saw a new Mustang for the first time. I told him "there goes a new Mustang" and he said "that's an old one dad ::)"

Now he's nine and no Ford expert but the car looked enough like an old one to fool him for a
second or two.

If Ford can do that, why can't DC ???

(Also saw a new C6 Corvette :-X, I think GM screwed to pooch on that one)

Let's face it. DC has their own agenda. They most definitely don't give a hoot as to what us die hard Mopar people think. ::) It's a shame really. This Charger could have really been something.

BNurpin said it best when he said that they are the kids that got beat up by people like us when they are younger and that they are just NERDS!!!! ADN PENCIL PUSHERS!!!! WE SHOULD BAND TOGETHER AND GO KICK SOME DC ASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!  >:(

I wonder if anyone at DC ever scans over these kind of web sites?
Believe me, the word is all over the internet. I'm just hopng that someone at DC has a thumb on the various sites that are generating the most feedback from their latest prototype.

it is too late, the plans and money that went into preparing the car has already been spent. the charger name will be ruined. not like in the 80s when the car sucked so it went away, people will buy this car and the name will stay around for years. So we need to complain and not let them ruin the challenger name.

I can't beleive the direction DC is going with their new vehicle lineup. Durango - FUGLY, Dakota - FUGLY, Charger - FUGLY, Magnum - FUGLY. Really sorry to see the Charger name placed on a family sedan but as Burpin said, to late now the money has been spent. Looks like I'll be keepin the 04 Dakota for quite awhile.

The photos we are seeing haven't been aknowleged by DC. These are sniper photos. DC loads there cars into trailers inside head quarters. I believe and so do many that DC, iHAS got something that doesn't even look like the photos that have been found all over the net. DC isn't that stupid, gotta give 'em some credit.........I think they are trying to give us all a BIG suprise, oh well not long now until we will know for sure, but I say watch out everyone, what you'll see won't look anything like what we've seen.  8) ;)

That's for sure!!

NZ, I've kinda been thinking the same thing lately.
They might have intentionally leaked out the pics we've been seeing in an effort to stir up hype so everyone will be blown away when they reveal the real car...very possible.

Yip, thats what the plan is I'm sure. Why would they "leak" out so much info and photos if this was the return of one of there stars?

Just doesn't make sense.  ??? 8)
If you've seen how the Challenger was going to look and what IT did end up like then I hope the Charger goes down that track!  ;D

I remember 2 years ago when I worked for DC and I saw sneak peeks of the protype Charger. It does'nt look anything like I remember back then what they were thinking! Anyone have a pic of those first spyshots 2 years ago?
