Trying to decode fender tag

A friend is looking a 1970 Cuda for sale near Houston.  The seller sent a pic of the fender tag.

So far, this is what I have as far as decoding but would appreciate any input because I'm sure I've decoded some of these incorrectly:
N85 = tachometer
R22 = AM Radio with 8 Track
R31 = Rear Seat Speaker(s)
V6X = Longitudinal Stripes
Y05 = Build to USA Specs
CTD?= Codes Continued on 2nd Fender Tag?

M25 = Wide sill moldings
M31 = Belt Moldings
M88 = Decklid Moldings Treatment
N41 = Dual Exhaust
N42 = Chrome Exhaust Tips

J45?= Hood Tie Down Pins
J54 = Sport Hood
L25 = Trunk Lamp
L31 = Hood/Fender Mounted Turn Signals
L34 = Road Lights
M31?= Belt Moldings

FK5 = Dark Burnt Orange Met
AO1 = Light Package
A31 = High Performance Axle Package w/3.91 Ratio
A62 = Rallye Instrument Cluster Package
C16 = Console w/Woodgrain Panel
C55 = Bucket Seats

FK5 = Dark Burnt Orange Met
B = Price class B
6 = Vinyl upholstery with with bucket seats.
X9 = black
000 = Full Door Panel
706 = Build Date: 7/6/1970
147605 = Vehicle order #

E55?= 340-4 Barrel
D2? = HD 4spd man?
B = Plymouth Barracuda/Cuda
S = Special
23 = 2 Door Hardtop
H = 340 240HP(net) 1-4BBL 8 CYL
0 = 1970
B = Hamtramck, MI, USA
?10778?= Sequence #

Lot of codes which are typically only in Broadcast Sheet, is it usual for late year production?
M31?= Belt Moldings
M21 = Roof Drip Rail Moldings

 Black longitudinal stripes on an FK5.  That is a cool look!!
