My bad. I was replying to 71Challenger426ci when he was looking for help with his grille restoration. I should have quoted him first and was only pointing to work that I have done for other people.
Yes, the top of the inset panel is black, not silver as I painted it. I was very clear in response #72 in my company section thread that those are not my cars.

Something alot of people forget to paint is the black strip that goes on the three pieces of trim on the quarters, and trunk lid.
That is true on the quarter and deck lid trim. Black from the inside right up to the edge in the middle. The rear picture of the hemi orange car is painted that way if you look closely. Another one forgotten alot is to mask the four horizontal lines between the headlight openings on the bezels.
