I got i pretty nice grille as well but it needs paint and i need to straiten out the chrome piece on the grille..... Did u sand yours down before paint?
The only spot that got sanded/worked on was the broken tab at the end. I went right over the old argent paint with the new. Same with the silver.I just washed and rinsed them real good first.
I did remove the "DODGE" emblem, stripped it, polished and repainted the black area. I just painted the whole emblem then before it dried used paint thinner and a rag to remove the black from the top of the letters.
